I like the anchor, to be honest. I think it takes the picture from being just a picture to being intriguing. My critique might be that I have to wonder at the anatomy (plastic surgery? heh) and perhaps some tension in the hands/weight balance. But otherwise, I think you have a pretty solid sketch style going here. Very nice!
